France Joli is a Canadian singer who appeared on television for the first time at the age of 6.
She left school at the age of 11, pushed by a mother who decided to educate her herself. She then appeared in numerous advertisements and TV hooks.
It is the meeting with the musician Tony Green when she is still only 13 years old who will change her destiny.
In 1979, he wrote her a track that would become a hit, the now famous "Come to me", extracted from his first eponymous album.
In 1980 the album "Tonight" was released, with relative success despite two good Singles : "The heart to break the heart" and "Feel like dancing".
A year later in 1981, it was the album "Now" which came out in turn and which did little better than the previous one. Album that will still know its heyday thanks to the Single "Gonna get over you".
Two years later, new album, "Attitude". Album from which the flagship Singles "Blue eyed technology" and "Girl in the 80’s" will be extracted.
She had a last relative success in 1985 with the title "Does he dance", a title from the album "Witch of love".

Tracks :
1979 ... for her debut, she signed here quite simply one of the biggest Disco hits of the decade. A HUGE intergalactic tube which will reveal her in a shocking way and make her enter One Shot in the musical legend of this end of the XXth century. MAS-TER-FUL !
1979 ... a continuation in the same vein. 10,000 % DISCO ! But a continuation which cannot compete with the previous steamroller as the bar has been raised ...
1979 ... a year 1979 that saw her literally explode on the international scene and reach a level of notoriety that she never imagined. Amazing !
1980.. it starts like an Ultimate Slow...then suddenly the tempo accelerates. Dance pure juice to pass the course of the new decade. Bet still winning for now ...
1980 ... D I S C O ! A constant that lasts, that lasts, that lasts with titles of certain quality. All sprinkled with a hint of funk, early 80s obliges
1980 ... there it is, it is there, it was necessarily missing from her discography. What ? The Ultimate Slow of course ! And my faith, it is clear that she is as good in the Dance register as in the Intimist register. The brand of the Great !
1981 ... after having signed one of the biggest hits of the 70s, she signed with this title one of the biggest Dance hits of the 80s. A real feat ! MO-NU-MEN-TAL !
1982 ... before, it was 10,000 % DISCO. But that was before ! Now it's 10,000 % Funky music ! With the result a significant drop in the level of success unfortunately ...
1983 ... in Flashdance mode. The pretty France at its best with this title which walks from the fire of god. A dazzling discography that makes her one of the most gifted singers of her generation !
1984 ... not necessarily her best title but we will largely be satisfied with it. She cannot be on top all the time, we will gladly forgive her ...
1985 ... this time, it is indeed the end...for the 80s. Six years at the top, many singers would be happy with it. And to the end, inspiration and quality, what more could you ask for !
1997 ... we find her 12 years later in EuroDance mode. Unfortunately even if the comeback is completely adapted to the standards of the moment, it is already too late for the pretty France. The train of novelty has passed and she unfortunately missed it ...
1998 ... she continues the adventure, whatever it takes, but there is nothing left but to believe it. Too bad because what she offers is far from uninteresting ...
1998 ... the last title of the decade. And her career too. She will make a comeback during the decade of 2010 but which will not have much interest unfortunately ...
