Tropical dream...

Little interesting information concerning J.P. West, whose real name is Jon Petter Westerlund, apart from the fact that he is a Norwegian singer who will mainly remain in the musical history of the end of the 20th century for the high caliber Single “Jimmy ( Don't need me anymore)" which will be released in 1983.

For this reason alone we had to dedicate this article to him.

To discover or rediscover.

Tracks :

1983...it is thanks to THIS title that this singer who came from the cold will leave a mark in the musical history of the end of the 20th century. Certainly light but it is now done regardless...

1983...he was mainly talked about during this year 1983, a year which will remain as the most interesting concerning him...

1984...an adventure that will continue a little longer whatever happens. Certainly he will not remain as the most gifted singer of his generation but all the same...

1984...he will have succeeded in producing several albums which is not the case for a lot of singers of the time, that's for sure...

1984...especially since he had made real efforts to be present in all categories, from Dance tempo to 'emotional' tempo...

1984...it would therefore have been a shame not to talk about him even if he will not leave a notable mark in contemporary musical history...

1985...an adventure that was, to say the least, ephemeral which saw him pass like a shooting star in the 1980s. A star which managed to shine several times, which is no small thing...

1985...but he will at least have existed and shown that he could do interesting things. From there to competing with the best perhaps not all the same...

1986...a title which is more of an anecdote than anything else, far, very far from the musical standards of the moment. But that's also the 80s...
