They are not afraid of the future...

Not much information about Future World Orchestra other than the fact it's a Dutch group formed in 1981 and originally composed of Robert Pot and Gerto Heupink.

A group that will remain mainly in the musical history of the 1980s for the high-caliber single "Desire" released in 1981.

As such alone, we had to devote this article to them.

To discover or rediscover.

Clips :

1981 ... the beginnings of a totally surrealist duo as the 80s knew how to do so well. Surrealist but talented, one does not prevent the other ...

1982 ... well, it is sure that they will not remain in the musical history of the 80s as the most famous duo of all but they do not have to be ashamed of what they have proposed to us ...

1982 ... a title almost without words and which says without words, says limited success. But that does not prevent them from continuing their adventure quietly and especially surely

1982 ... a group almost unknown to the general public but which will not be unworthy, it is clear. The proof with this title for the less sympathetic ...

1983 ... which will surely remain as their reference title. A Dance version of the E.T. to say the least surprising but with certain effectiveness !

1983 ... new story without words. The group will have alternated without stopping sung title and silent title. An assumed but somewhat counterproductive bias ...

1983 ... a nice adventure which unfortunately draws to an end. Other Dutch groups will have been able to impose themselves at the highest level, something that this duo will not have been able to do. With the key to a brief existence ...

1985 ... come on, it's not quite over. We find them 2 years later in a certain form. Certain form which will not be enough to stop their programmed disappearance ...
