The System is an American duo originally composed of Mic Murphy and David Frank, who will be assisted by Paul Pesco and Kris Khellow.
Group which released a first Single “It’s passion” in 1982, a title which brought them their first initial success. Title that we will find on the album “Sweat”, an album which was released the following year in 1983 and on which we will also find the enormous Single “You are in my system”, a title which will allow the duo to break the biggest success of his entire Singles discography, no less.
The year 1984 saw the release of the album "X-Periment", an album considered at the time to be avant-garde in terms of sound, an album from which "I wanna make you feel good" was mainly taken.
At the rate of one album per year, it was the turn of “The pleasure seekers” to be released in 1985, an album which would allow the duo to record a new top hit on both sides of the Atlantic with the title “This is for you.”
In terms of albums, recognition came two years later with the release in 1987 of “Don’t disturb this groove”, album which will produce their biggest success in the USA with the Single of the same name.
The adventure will continue thereafter but the group will never find the same level of success on the albums and Singles that will be released later...
