An anthology of cult titles or very high quality but whose group has produced only a "One shot" or so few titles that it would have been ridiculous to devote an entire article to it.
Part 13 :
David Austin – Turn to gold 1984
Crocodile Tears – Listen to you 1983
D.I.A. – Passion play 1984
Red ZOne - Fast as you can 1982
Terry, Blair & Anouchka – Ultra modern nursery rhymes 1990
Don’t Stop – She’s a book with 7 seals 1988
Clips :
1984 ... when we have a certain George Michael as co-composer, we suspect that the single will inevitably be talked about. Which will be the case. As for the singer by himself, we can not say that he will have marked his time unfortunately ...
1983 ... the minimum union information side concerning this title. At first sight originally from Australia. We will therefore have to be content. And we will largely be satisfied with it !
1984 ... after England, after Australia, we have now arrived in Germany. And as very often with them, quality is essential. The proof with this group which will have made only one title but very well made ...
1982 ... we are in the USA this time to listen to the only single from this band, to say the least ephemeral. A totally supercharged title typical of US rock and which will go unnoticed to say the least. Just like the band ...
1990 ... one of the rare singles of this English trio with a short but colorful existence to say the least and carried by the excellent Terry Hall already at the origin of other groups like the Specials, Fun Boy Three and others The Colorfield, just that. Prolific the boy !
1988 ... back to Germany to finish this episode of One Shot once again in very good quality. One Shot which we unfortunately hardly ever talk about and which nevertheless, for some, particularly marked their time !
