Little information about The Piranhas other than the fact that it is an English group formed in 1977 and originally composed of Bob Grover, Richard Adland, Johnny Elmer, Reginald Hornsbury and Phil Collis.
Group which will remain mainly in the musical history of the end of the 20th century for the high caliber Single “Tom Hark” which was released in 1980.
For this reason alone we had to dedicate this article to them.

1979...a highly charged but original first title, it is clear. Unfortunately, originality doesn't always pay off...
1979...this one won't do much better. The group will therefore have to redouble its efforts if he wants to move from darkness to light quickly...

1980...it is this revisited version of the title of Elias And His Zig-Zag Jive Flutes dating from 1956 which will remain as their main feat of arms. Finally a semblance of recognition, it was about time !
1981...direct relapse behind and disappearance from the Charts as quickly as was the entry on the previous title. Hard law of the trade...
1982...they will succeed in returning there with this new title but unfortunately it will be their last title altogether. A shooting star group as they say...
